​Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your services at any time. Each service has specific refund terms which shall be applicable in case of refund on account of such cancellation requests.
If you cancel the Services, you are obligated to pay all fees and charges accrued prior to the effectiveness of such cancellation.
Please note that if you have pending orders outstanding on your account at the time you cancel your account, we will continue to process those orders so long as your Advance Account has sufficient funds to cover the charges. If we are unable to fulfill any orders, the charges for such orders will be reversed and we reserve the right to cancel such orders.
We reserve the right to deny or cancel any order within 24 hours of processing such order. In such case we will refund the fees charged for the order.
Refund-No questions asked in below Full Refund Term, If:
transaction has failed but money is debited from the bank account
Your amount will be refunded back to your source account within 48 hours
To request a refund, simply contact us via Email with your transaction or order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.
Please Note:
Your amount will be refunded back to your source account within 48 hours.
Refunds take upto 3-5 business days from the date of refund to reflect in your bank account (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
Purchases made by any mode may be refundable to the original source of payment.

Refund Policy
In addition, there may be special term(s) that apply to a specific product and/or service and those are outlined below.
1. Public Workshops and in-person conferences:
i) Up to 30 days before the scheduled workshop date -
Registrants for Public workshops may request a full refund of their registration fees minus transaction and handling charges of 5% of the amount subject to a minimum of Rs.1000. This amount will be credited back to their original source of payment used during the registration and payment process.
ii) Up to 14 days before the scheduled workshop date -
Registrants for Public workshops and seminars may request a partial refund (60%) of their registration fees minus transaction and handling charges of 5% of the amount subject to a minimum of Rs.1000. This amount will be credited back to their original source of payment used during the registration and payment process.
iii) Tutorial Workshops and in-person conferences -
Within 14 days of (and up to 48 hours before) the scheduled workshop date - Registrants may request a partial (40%) refund of the workshop fees minus transaction and handling charges of 5% of the amount subject to a minimum of Rs.1000.
iv) No refund will be given within 48 hours of the workshop.
2. Web Workshops:
i) Up to 7 days before the scheduled web workshop time -
Registrants for web based workshops may request a full refund of their registration fees minus transaction and handling charges of 5% of the amount subject to a minimum of Rs.500. This amount will be credited back to their credit card used during the registration and payment process.
ii) Within 7 days of (and up to 48 hours before) the scheduled workshop time -
A partial (50%) refund of the workshop fees minus transaction and handling charges of 5% of the amount subject to a minimum of Rs.500.
Please Note: No refunds will be awarded within 48 hours of the Scheduled Workshop.

3. Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via same source (original method of payment) within 3 to 10 working days after intimation by the customer.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY:
Minchu Productions reserves the absolute right to cancel any of it's events.

In the event that Minchu Productions elects to cancel any workshop (including in-person tutorial workshops, webinars or other LIVE form of training) because of a scheduling conflict; because the minimum number of registrations required to make the event feasible was not met; or for any other reason or none at all; the company will gladly refund the entire amount of the registration fees to the registrant with in seven days of such cancellation.

Minchu Productions takes pride in providing a reliable service to our customers, however, cancelation of any scheduled event may be unavoidable. In all cases involving workshop cancelation (whether with cause or without), our liability is limited to the registration fees paid by the registrant. In no event, will Minchu Productions be responsible for incidental or consequential damages that may accrue to the registrant due to such cancellation, including any transportation charges for remote registrants, non-refundable reservations and/or any other arrangements which are at the sole discretion of the registrant.
